Arabian nights - clothing/head jewelry simulation study






In this mini study my focus was clothing simulation and the process of attaching Marvelous head jewelry to a metahuman groom in Unreal Engine.
I first exported groom static mesh from UE and attached it to metahuman face skeleton in Blender. This way I was able to send groom skeletal mesh from UE to MD via live sync. The hair skeleton then followed the animation so I had a hair mold in Marvelous, on top of which I simulated head jewelry.
